Road Rage Incedent In Houston - All over the news

I watched this and determined that there are 3 people that need to be arrested.  I didn't see the woman do anything illegal even though she seemed to be provoking the entire incident.  I would really like to know what started this whole debacle.

I was standing just off camera trying to escalate the whole thing :t :t
When it was about to come to a end I told the guy in the truck to backup and ram the car :boxing: :boxing: :pot: :couch:
