I just puchased a air filter cover that has a cut out of a X with flames and a K&N air filter, can i put them on a 1300c model without re-jetting or do i need to re-jet it. It should really suck air with the opening in the cover. I also have stock pipes

No more extra air than you'll be getting, and the fact that you have stock pipes would lead me to say that you will not
need
to rejet. If it was mine, I'd only rejet if I changed the pipes. It wouldn't hurt anything per se', but if you do, I'd just go to the next largest jet. You
might
gain a little with the rejet, but probably not worth the time and trouble. Talk to CouldBfaster, he might give you a better idea on what you want done.

How is the bike running? thats all that matters. If it still runs strong all the way up the rpm's do not re-jet until you get you new pipes. if it is running out of power re-jet now
. I put my cobra pipes on it still ran great with stock jets. But When I put my hypercharger on I re-jetted with a 220 jet it runs great. But let the bike tell you want it needs
