The installation is easy; I hadn't even finished the first beer when I was done. If you're thinking of getting it, I'll offer some suggestions (Steve may know a better way): it's easier to dremel off the rivet if you use something to prop the shifter arm forward. Don't have to worry about grinding the wrong parts that way. I used a 12" tight-fitting drift punch to align the cable bracket; just point the end right at the swivel. All you need to install it is a 4mm Allen wrench and an 8mm box wrench. Oh, I forgot--you might need to ream the bolt holes a tad; that pretty black coating kept the bolts from going through. Guys, this is a well-made little gizmo that really works. I was afraid that it would increase the lever travel too much for my short-fingered little bride, but my fears were unfounded. And if you're not 100% satisfied, Steve will quadruple your money back!!!
Seriously though, when my arthritis acts up I wish I had something like this for my bike; I've had to cut a few rides short because I couldn't pull in the clutch lever any more. Y'done good, Steve!
