where can I get em?
« on: September 11, 2006, 12:40:35 PM »

I have seen some parts on people's bikes that I like. Most of them however are on vtxoa and it is taking too long to register. I am just gonna describe the parts and anyone see if they know where to get em.(I ride a black 1300c)

1) chin spoiler-think I saw one on a 1300. vtxoa-chase

2)cone or "spike" shaped intake. there is a guy by the name of magnum-x on vtxoa that has one.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try http://www.hondadirectlineusa.com/stores/index.asp?str=13

Or  http://www.scootworks.com/

Or  http://www.mawonline.com/

Or just Google what you're looking for. There are thousands of sites that sell stuff for your bike. O0

This looks custom.

looks pretty cool though, it hides everything.  I like it.

After looking at this, you can see where the line was drawn and the cut was made on the bottem left of the plate.  The stiletto was store bought, but the plate was homemade.

i pmed the guy and asked him about it.  he said that the D$M spear is on ebay for about 250, and hes working on making the adapters for it to fit on the 1300....

If you can get the part, We could make an adapter in my shop.  I actually thought about building one for the 1800.

im not buying so much for intake as I am for looks. If you can make something in your shop I'd be willing to pay for it as long as I can find another spear.

I also really want a chin spoiler like they make for the 1800 the one that covers the radiator and  has  a sharp point at the bottom. I don't like the bubbly one that kuryakyn offers. I dont think they make one but any help on this would be nice. By the way, anyone have any idea how far off the 1800 is from fitting the 1300.
