If you are running Windows XP, clean out registry, run: regedit.com that should clean it.  Then go to restore and run restore at a date it was OK.

Yes I did the above^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^!
I think its time to save the hard drive stuff but I'm not going to give up!  Bob that was good advice though!!!  O0   If I got a bigger HD to store then I could Install XP and then upload or down which never will take it all the way and that would cost money there got to be a program missing.   :-\
