Anyone from Kingwood or Humble area?
« on: November 27, 2012, 02:57:40 PM »

Stopped to give a rider a hand who had a flat and he handed me a gift card to Kingwood Harley Davidson.  He thought it was good at all HD dealerships but it's only for kingwood HD.
Think it's $25 or so.
Anybody in the area just let me know and i'll mail it too ya.

Paul, I think you'll like that dealership; they are really committed to their customers there. When Rock'nRoll was getting near the end and couldn't ride any more, they heard he was trying to sell his Road King. They bought it back from him at retail. Not many dealerships would do that for a customer, and I was very impressed with that.

That is very cool right there.  I have been there once before I owned my Road Glide and I thought there were pretty stand up people while I visited.

I don't want an aircooled engine, but that kind of commitment to the customers deserves recognition.

Very true.  There has only been a few places that I can say I've gotten very good customer service and commitment.  One is the Harley dealer I frequent most(but most are pretty good) and my local small hardware store in Katy(for this reason alone, I try and stay away from Home Depot as mush as possible)

I was there about two hours. Had on a bluebonnet thunder txXrider shirt, never ran into anyone I knew though.
