license plat bulb
« on: October 01, 2012, 03:06:17 PM »

Ok had to get the bike inspected today, the license plate bulb was out -- I thought no big deal, removed the #10 bolt that holds the cover over the bulb twisted out the fixture --- here's the news flash for me anyway.

THE BLUB PULLS STRAIGHT OUT  :ohwow: :ohwow: :ohwow:
I laid on the ground trying everything to remove the bulb could not twist it no matter how hard I tried, then pulled it right out.

Just in case anyone else out there is a dumb as me ---- it just pulls straight out.  :D ;D
Inspected and ready to go

here's an idea, buy the new bulb, look at it, determine how to R&R it. done.   in all fairness , those dam wiring clips are the ones I have problems figuring out.
