More pics from my New England rides
« on: September 22, 2012, 12:56:00 PM »

My time in Boston is drawing to an end soon. I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend 4 months up here allowing me to spend my free weekends riding through the New England States. What's amazing is spending a days ride and circling through 3 different States in 8 hours. Can't even get out of Texas in that amount of time!

Hope you enjoy some of the sights I've seen.

This first couple are for Wayne and Connie :)

Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island

Watch Hill Bay at dusk, Rhode Island

While in New Hampshire I stopped for coffee and came across a group riding custom built Trikes

That's a Fiero body and the builder of the trikes, Don. There were 2 other Trikes powered by a Porsche 911 engine and an old 1965 Corsair engine.

Riding along the coast of Maine

Darby's Wharf in Salem Mass.

Green Mountains of Vermont

White Mountains of New Hampshire with a co-worker

Provincetown Cape Cod still has a major fishing industry

Old 1897 Life Saving Station along Cape Cod

For the railroad fans like me. Took an old steam ride in Pullman cars along the Connecticut River.

Beavis and Butthead would be proud!!

Old North Bridge in Concord, where the Revolutionary War started.

I love the pictures, Solo Puppy.  :couch:

I like steam engines, too. Been on the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic RR in Chama, NM several times. Rode in the CAB on the Palestine-Rusk State Park.  :cool2:

I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.

Thanks for the pics and glad you're coming back soon.

In other news, how's Bioshock Infinite coming?  :)

So beautiful! I'm jealous I have always wanted to spend time in that area.
