Going to Seabrook? DO NOT GO HERE
«

Took a ride down to Seabrook yesterday. We were about 35-40 bikes strong. Stopped in at a place called OUTRIGGERS..........DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE. After taking our beer orders and money, they kicked us out saying they all of a sudden have a "no colors" policy and that we were scaring the customers. Not only did we agree to leave peacefully and not get to enjoy our beer, but they called the cops to escort us out........which was TOTALLY uncalled for. Was riding with a group called Wide Open Throttle, a riding club, and I had on my Louisiana X Riders patch. WOT is NOT a 1%er...not even close. Good God fearing, family oriented people who I ride with often. Anyway, just thought I'd give a heads up on this place. OH! It was raining like hell when they told us to leave, and NO ONE got a refund.

to a person not in the know, a riding group like WOT with matching jackets with patches on the back look just like a group of Hells Angles. And with 35-40 of yall all pulling at the same time, most wearing the same uniform (colors), It's easy to see how those not in the know could be easily intimidated.
They should have not taken your $$ if they had no intention of serving you.

Guess I should add that OUTRIGGERS was called ahead of time to let them know we were comming.......No mention of too many people or colors.........NOTHING. Im not advocating sending hate or rude mail, emails, comments or anything......you make up your own mind and do what you feel. I just wanted to get this out there.

Seriously, some MC's either own public establishments or have a LOT of say about what goes on in them. They don't make it known publicly because they are in business to make money and don't want to scare away the general public. I have recently learned of several establishments in my area of Texas that are major chains owned and operated by members of MC's.
Not being familiar with your area or the establishment I can't really say, but there are places around here that have done similar things lately and it turned out that this was the case.

We did a meet 'n greet there several years ago, and the service was horrible. Even though they had been notifed ahead of time and stated they could accommodate us, they had only one waiter and the bartender didn't want us ordering drinks at the bar; said we had to wait until the waiter had time to get around to us. That wasn't happening. Some of us just gave up and left. That's one place that'll never get any of my money.
