Blood and Alchol test pending???

Some states have mandatory BAC tests in fatality accidents. Others BAC is taken when probable cause exists (i.e odor of alcohol, open container, exhibiting evidence of, etc.). Not sure what Florida law is.

NO CHARGES FILED  ...........for passing on a double yellow stripe and killing someone in a head on accident ........... I know that my Cranberries would still be sitting in the holding cell waiting for an oppurtunity to make bail ...... much less no charges filed.

Actually, 36 - 22 = 14, but is that really a big deal? My wife is a dozen years younger than me, and I didn't think I was breaking any laws....
