I don't need one. 
I have Speed Bleeders on most of my bikes now.  SB's are more trouble free to use once they're installed. 
The only thing I would worry about with this item is that it might blow off when in use.  That would be a mess. Time will tell if the internal seal on the new brake bleeder will hold up and still be drip free after many uses.
That said............It's proably a good item.  Motorcycle Consumer News likes them.
