F wheels to Neo

Does anyone know if F wheels will match right up to a neo?  rotors and all?

I am going to say this but not 100% sure but X'N on VTXOA did this!!

Here are the sizes of the 1800 rims.

1800 C/F Front - 18"
1800 R/S/N/T Front - 17"

1800 C Rear - 16"
1800 F Rear - 18"
1800 R/S/T/N - Rear 16"
