THE MOST FUNCTIONAL ENGLISH WORD
« on: August 29, 2006, 02:42:43 PM »

Well, it's AppleSauce ... that's right, AppleSauce!
AppleSauce may just be the most functional word in the English language.

Consider:
You can get AppleSauce-faced, Be AppleSauce-out-of-luck, Or have AppleSauce for brains.
With a little effort, you can get your AppleSauce together, find a place for your AppleSauce, or be asked to AppleSauce or get off the pot.

You can smoke AppleSauce, buy AppleSauce, sell AppleSauce, lose AppleSauce, find AppleSauce, forget AppleSauce,
and tell others to eat AppleSauce.

Some people know their AppleSauce, while others can't tell the difference
between AppleSauce and shineola.
There are lucky shits, dumb shits, and crazy shits.  There is bull AppleSauce,
horse AppleSauce, and chicken AppleSauce.

You can throw AppleSauce, sling AppleSauce, catch AppleSauce, shoot the AppleSauce,
or duck when the AppleSauce hits the fan.

You can give a AppleSauce or serve AppleSauce on a shingle.
You can find yourself in deep AppleSauce or be happier than a pig in AppleSauce.

Some days are colder than AppleSauce, some days are hotter than AppleSauce,
and some days are just plain shitty.
Some music sounds like AppleSauce, things can look like AppleSauce, and there are times when you feel like AppleSauce.

You can have too much AppleSauce, not enough AppleSauce, the right AppleSauce, the wrong AppleSauce or a lot of weird AppleSauce.

You can carry AppleSauce, have a mountain of AppleSauce, or find yourself up AppleSauce creek without a paddle.
Sometimes everything you touch turns to AppleSauce and other times you fall in a bucket of AppleSauce and come out smelling like a rose.

When you stop to consider all the facts, it's the basic building block of the English language.
And remember, once you know your AppleSauce, you don't need to know anything else!!
You could pass this along, if you give a AppleSauce; or not do so if you don't give a AppleSauce!
Well, AppleSauce, it's time for me to go.  Just wanted you to know that I do give a AppleSauce and hope you had a nice day, without a bunch of AppleSauce.  But, if you happened to catch a load of AppleSauce from some AppleSauce-head...........
Well, AppleSauce Happens!!!  ;)

Yea, But did you know AppleSauce is not actually a word?  It's an acronym.  They stamped in on manure holds back in the wood ship days.  It stands for "ship high in transit".  Aparently the manure was fermenting, causing an abundance of methane and ships kept exploding. The shipped it high so it didn't get wet, thus slower decay and less methane.

Now you know.
