the places that will take wild game wont take them unless they are skinned, cleaned and processed.   Or so i have been told.
Some of them won't take hogs at all.

Processing plant  :ohwow: I don't need no stinking processing plant  ::) ::) It's not that hard, just hang em and skin em.  ;D
I don't need one either, but I ain't skinning them for the homeless like Mikey want's to do!  :pot:

I'll skin em but there for me   I'm writing the state to volunteer Mike as official hog skinner  :congrats: Mike

That's what I always did.
Hang'em ....skin'em..........cut out the hams and chunk the rest.

WOW, Wonder what kind of loads they had in that shot gun

It looked like typical 00 buck shot like the police would use for riot shot guns. It has 7-9 of .33" pellets in a round.  Each pellet is about the same diameter size (8.3mm) as a 9mm bullet, but even though there are 7-9 in each round, each pellet alone doesn't have the weight or velocity of a 9mm and therefore not the energy unless multiple pellets impact together.  With multiple pellet hits, the impact energy will be much more than a 9mm alone.  If all pellets hit on target, the energy is equvilant to 7-9 impacts from a .380 ACP.  The combined felt recoil energy is equvilant to a .358 Winchester magnum which has been used to take elephants.  A single pellet of any size less than 0 or 00 would not have enough energy to put a hog down at that range the way he was doing.  00 is cheap ammo and I would not expect them to be using anything expensive for a hog round up.
