Now that's a man on a mission.  He has a valid piont though.  If you find anymore on this matter, please post.  O0

Sounds like a guy that has his priorities straight. O0

Now I have to change my view on California. 99.99999999998% of them are worthless. ;)

Thanks Jim.  O0

The two most unaccountable institutions on the planet are the judiciary and politicians.  It isn't just Kalifornia.

I moved to Texas from Los Angeles (1995)... I'm glad to be out of the smog, traffic, crowds and costly mess called California.

Personally, I think if a guy runs from the police they ought to have the right to shoot him in the back. This is a perfect example of why crime runs rampant now days. There is no accountability for the criminals, they have more rights than decent citizens. Why should they give up their life of crime, more than half the time nothing's going to happen to them. I hear more and more people griping about the crooks and how they get away with so much. From the way I hear people talk, I'm telling you, a day of reckoning is coming and the decent people of this country are going to rise up and take back the streets.

This happens everyday in the Fed system too. I can't tell you how many failure to appear warrants I've served on violent felons only to have them out on bond the same day of the arrest.  That's one of the reasons I now work white collar crimes.

Generally a guy has to have at least 5 felony charges pending before they start to plea down and include all the charges in one deal. >:(
