 I was in the process of making crawfish and sausage gumbo and it sure was good mmmmmmmmmm yummy

 It sure is good and next time will remember that and ask how many are going.Although did cheat a bit tried something new and worked out pretty good.I used the roux that comes in the jar and was suprized how good it came out but did make that first before I added the mudbugs and sausage just in case it tasted like crap.The roux is much cheaper than the other items.
