Guys, do any one of you know what happened to Xtreme Revolution? (http://www.xtremerevolution.com/) I have checked the national board and I did not see anything. It seems they may have closed, and I just ordered my fairing a few days ago. They say that they will fulfill previous placed orders. I hope they do. I’ll wait a couple of days before I start calling and emailing them.

I've noticed that they have closed once before, but it seemed more like a vacation thing than a economic thing. that sucks, i was about to order a glove box for my fairing that they offer. oh well.

well, you know they were transitioning over to that fastcycles.com and then a few months later, that closed, saying that due to economy they were not taking orders thru that website, but was going back to xtremerevolution.com.  I know Jim (poppa bear) had ordered a fairing.  wonder what he has heard.

Well. I still have not heard from Xtreme Revolution. I have called and emailed. I went to their Face Book page and there is another guy who put in an order and he has been waiting a while. I will give them 48 hours to respond to me email. If they do not respond I’m flagging my CC and ordering from Wide Open Custom. I will keep you posted.

yep, that's not cool.  Hopefully they get back on their feet as they did have some very cool one off VTX parts.

Re: Xtreme Revolution - Confirmed: Going out of Business
« Reply #9 on: May 13, 2010, 01:11:12 PM »

Guys, I just got off the phone with Jimmy from Xtreme Revolution. It is sad to say, they are going out of business. He told me he was a 1 man show: Fabricator, shipping and receiving, customer service, president, CEO, etc. He will finish all of pending orders before he closes shop. He estimates mid June. He also mentioned that he has several items in stock that he will be selling rock bottom. He will email me later today the list and prices and how to get a hold of him. When I get it I will post it. It is sad to see an American Business go out of business, but at least we can benefit of getting some bling for our X's at a good price. If you do order from him, please tell him that Alex from the Texas X Riders sent you. I want an extra discount on my fairing  ;D

Yeah, I saw the thread on the OA where another guy received an e-mail basically saying the same thing.  That really sucks, because they had some really cool stuff.

Could you PM me the list and his phone number before you post it on the board?  ;D   ;)

If you give me a few days, I might be able to hook you up with a "free" 400-600cc ATV.  Just have to see how the "market" goes...I'm sure I can find you one though.    If the ATV doesn't pan out, I could probably get you some other type of bike.
