Supposedly 96% of all High School Seniors FAILED this test... AND if that's not bad enough, 50+% of all individuals over 50 did too!

I missed 6  didn't know prohibition was still on the books.

Still on the books?  It was supposidly repealed in 1926  or was it 25?  Oh Well -  Are you saying the law is still in effect?
