New Scooter
« on: April 10, 2010, 09:26:06 AM »

I pick my new scooter up when I get back in town. I went ahead and bought a new 1800T. A 2008 "new old stock". It is black. I will post a photo when I can.

No it done $5200 in damages. I couldn't believe they didn't total it. After I got it fixed a guy offered me more than I paid for it so I sold it to him. I rode it to Arkansas to deliver it. I have been waiting for the right opportunity to but one. I am buying the 1800 for less than I paid for the 1300 with the add ons the 't' model has on it.

Picked it up today! The dealer had Cobra pipes for %40 off so I got a set, got a set of Flame grips and the new Kury Engine guards also. Be back in the saddle at home soon. I do have a question though. Do I have to put a power commander on if I put pipes on? I have heard both yes and no. :bikerider:

Brock does not have one and his bike runs great, he also gets good MPG...   is more of a hit or miss... you can always ride it with out one and see of you like it, you can always add it, once you add it you can't return it but you could sell it...   :bikerider:
