If you havent made any reservations yet, PM me and I will see what we can do for you here at the motel.

raderrods,

Thanks a lot for the offer.  We already have a hotel room set up for us in Camp Wood but we'll keep you in mind for our next trip.

I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.

BJ's won't be hard to find, unless you blink going thru town.......

My wife and I want to thank everybody who gave us information for our first trip to the hill country.  We had a fantastic time.  The weather was great and the views well worth the trip.  Overall, we logged 1020 miles in 3 days and loved every minute and mile.

By the way, we stayed at the Woodbine Inn in Camp Wood (nice clean place... only $60 a night).  We also ate dinner at BJ's and I had a burger that was enormous.

There was some kind of bike festival going on in Bandera, but most of those riders just rode from bar to bar and stayed off the good roads.  They left them pretty uncrowded most of the day.  We really enjoyed the 3 Sisters (especially #337) and Hwy 16 going South out of Kerrville.
