Just heard this building houses FBI and IRS Criminal Division.  Stolen small plane hit the building on purpose as reported.  Investigators are looking into a house fire in north austin which may be related.  It's all over the cable news.

According to the news a man set his home on fire then flew a single engine plane into an office building on the NW side of Austin. The building housed offices of the IRS and from what they are saying seemed to be on purpose. Some injuries and so far looks like the pilot might be the only death and that would be good if he did it on purpose. At this time trying tp put the fires out and look for more people that may or may not be trapped. The building is a 7 story and is along Hwy 183 so they were saying

A plane? Really? I heard it was a motorcycle....

Oh, that's right. No one rides in CenTex anymore. Never mind.

just finished reading his manifesto. What's frightening to me is he doesn't sound so crazy, just real mad. lot of frustration at the Govt. and the IRS. Many thoughts that a lot of us have expressed.

Exactly what I thought. Too bad the powers that be won't look at it that way.  :banghead:

It hurts that he ruined a perfectly good airplane. I would have traded him my X for it.

Interesting that the wife of the guy who died in the building is now suing the wife of the pilot, with the reasoning that she should have warned authorities. After all, she had stayed in a hotel with her daughter the night before. Of course. Wouldn't you have, if your husband had told you that he was going to burn the house down and crash his plane into a building on purpose the next day? I mean, that scenario unfolds every day, right? And the wife involved always reports it to the police, before she checks into the hotel for the evening, right?  :banghead:

They are having a PGR event for this guy today, but I'll pass. It would be hard not to tell this woman what a money grubbing b-yotch she is.

And besides that, no one rides in CenTex anymore. ;D

Key: This signifies sarcasm.
