I have a sony phone that has a walkman built in.  I like the way it works, but I don't know if I like it better than the Ipod/Iphone.

I use Napster to download music.  I pay quarterly, about $15.00 per quarter, and they throw in about 14 free downloads.  Not a bad deal.

I have also downloaded all of my cds.

I need to find a new speaker set up though, because using my headphones blocks out all other sounds of traffic.  Therefore, I haven't used them while riding for a while.

Paul,

I bought it from www.ridersclaw.com/goldwing.php, but they state on their website that they don't make them for the iPod Classic because it has a hard drive in it.  That sucks!!

Sucketh it may, but that isn't an uncommon statement. My classic wouldn't work with the Victory Vision sound system, and when I did a little research, it turned out that it was because of the hard drive. Polaris knows that is an issue, but has no plans to try a fix.

MrVTX,

Is that an I-Pod Nano 4gb in the photo? Those are probably a dime a dozen on Ebay.

Paul, you could always change over to one.

Close...it's the 8GB 3rd gen. Nano, and yes, you can get them cheap.  I currently have 14.9 hours worth of music, and I'm only using 1.67GB!  8)  Of course, I know plenty of people who use up to the 80GB of music on the Classic.

Geez....  Talk about your thread gettin hijacked!!   This was supposed to be about T&A!!    >:D        I use jvc earbuds with my mp3. Great sound, but can't hear anything outside of the music.   I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to doing what is safest for me.    I have a splitter and myself and whatever fendercandy happens to be riding with me can jam to our hearts content.  LOL
