Ultimate X seat question....
« on: December 16, 2009, 01:02:20 PM »

I am looking to buy a Lowrider Ultimate X seat on a good deal that is to good to pass up, but am concered about being pushed forward too much. According to the website it is not recomended for riders over 200 lbs. and on good days I am 250 lbs. my height is 5' 10" and my inseam is 30"..... No am not looking for a date either... :ohwow:

Am looking for advise or personal experiences from anyone who has or had the Lowrider Ultimate X seat. Any reviews would help.... :t

I'm 6' 0" at 205 lb. I tried a lowrider for about two weeks then sold it. I now have a midrider and very happy with it.
The best thing to do is find someone with the seat and try it. Good Luck.

When I ordered my Ultimate seat, Ultimate called me and asked me how tall I was and how much I weighed. They recommended the Big Boy for me. Just my .02

Hey how 'bout dinner?  just kidding.  I have the lowrider seat.  I'm a staggering a 5'7", weight 215, and i'm comfortable on mine, but that's me.  This probably didn't help.  :banghead:

+2 on the Lowrider....I'm 6'2" and a tad over 205#'s, have had both the Lowrider (for the past 4.5 yrs.) and the Mustang (for 3.5 years prior) and loved the positioning of both. Since my wife has ridden approx. 70% of the total miles on the X, she definitely appreciates the extra room the Lowrider provided her. Just another opinion.

JOe check this out.

Looks good, however this is just the driver seat. I am looking at the whole 3 piece set if I get the low rider seat and at a lesser price. I will be trying it out during the holidays to see if it fits for me...

Thanks for the input ... 8)
