Special Tool for 1800 Forks

I've got to replace the seals in front forks and am replacing the springs with Progressive springs.  There is a special tool needed for this and I don't have it.  Does anyone in the Austin/San Antonio area have one that I can borrow?  PM me or reply here if you do and I'll come pick it up.

Tom,
 I dont have a tool for the forks, but could you let me know how hard it was to change the seals, I know for sure my front right one is leaking.
