Dwight I will try to meet you at your house. Don't wait on me though. I may have over done today and end up missing the sunrise.
Thanks!!!

Lizard and Larry are meeting at Garth and I-10 in Baytown, TX at 9am, leaving there to arrive in Huffman, TX around 9:30-9:45.
Sherry , Pete , and I are meeting up with them in Huffman, TX at FM1960 and FM2100 around 9:30-9:45ish. When we leave Huffman, we will be riding back roads to Huntsville, TX for lunch at Cafe Texan. From there it is up to how everyone feels.

I showed up at a campsite where 4 of my biker co-workers were staying. We were going on a morning ride to get breakfast. Two of the guys that were supposed to ride waved me on and said "We can't make this one". My boss started his bike and looked at me and said "A lot of people 'own' motorcycles".

That was GREAT!! Ready to do it again. Really good ribs. Still wish I had tried the pie but then I would have needed a nap. Great to meet new friends and see old ones. Sherri and Dwight - it has been way too long.
Now - Where to next??

I stumbled upon this while surfing a Santa Fe Railway historical site....
http://www.atsfry.com/1900s/Grhc.htm
Is this the same "Ghost Road" that was talked about during our ride on Saturday? If so, it seems that the Ghost Road is an old abandoned railroad right of way of a branch line that once ran between Bragg and Saratoga. The mysterious light is the lantern light of a brakeman that got killed on the line. Apparently, he roams around looking for his head at night. Now my curiosity is peaked... I guess I'll have to check this place out.

Same story for the Crossett, AR lights. The story results in a lot of beer sold to folks wanting to see the lights. Heck, I even went - back in the 60s. I saw all kinds of stuff that night. I even flew. I think.
