I am suppose to be off starting the 23rd of Dec for 2 weeks so I may put the bike up on the stand and do a little every day.

I'm up for a Tech Session also. I need to do my valves also. I live over in Highland Village (just north of Lewisville) and would like to come that way just to meet some folks.

Would anyone be interested in a Jan 2nd meeting day its a Sat.? I should have most of the work done on mine by then I could host a wrenching day. Or maybe meet a Hooters or some place like that for a beverage or 2 if the weathers nice.

Tattoowho has a ride he is putting together on the 2nd, going to Nacogdoches to a burger joint out there. Sounds like a good ride to me, was planning on going there myself.

Maybe we should start a new thread for a DFW-area January 2 meetup and ride... I checked the other forum's post and I don't think I am interested in riding all the way to Nacogdoches.

Don't really need another thread started about the ride.... I was just trying to bring that ride to some of ya'lls attention, someone mentioned getting a ride together as an alternative to the tech session and I thought I would bring the Nacogdoches ride to your attention. I would like to be at the tech session, but already commited to the Nacogdoches ride. Maybe I will catch the next tech session... if we ever have one.

new member from over Sachse way (far NE Dallas) I would definitely be up for a tech session if a time and place can be determined. It is about time for a valve job and I would like to at least see it done before tackling it myself.
