A couple of years ago when I went to the Boo Rally in Jefferson Texas there was a guy that had a VTX 1800 with dual intake on it. It was very cool looking. Will tell ya it sucked the air!!  Only problem that I saw was that with me being long legged the intake on the other side would be kinda close to my leg. Also it won't work for the newer VTX 1800s because the reserve for the radiator is on the side of the engine.

There's a guy running around up here with a dual, too.  He was on the side of the road one day with a flat tire and I pulled over to help him.  He said he was dyno'd at 110hp.  Not sure if I believe he's at that number or not but it definitely looks cool and balances the bike out nicely.

Trent,
Get hold of Duc (Clif) on the VTXOA board, I think he built his (1800C) and has a thread about how, etc.  Clif lives in Kingsland out by M. Falls.

Clif has instructions on making a a fairly cheap air filter, not a dual intake.

Trent, looks like a cool mod. Plus adding the nitrous, all you will need is some wings so she will fly  :stickpoke: :stickpoke: :stickpoke:
