Not to far off then, the windshield setup with the lightbar that is required is a $750 set up.  Gives me a little wiggle room.

Check with the owner of Bikers Bay in Bedford, the old guy. He was looking for a 1300.

That's a 1300 S, Honda didn't make anything called a 1300RS. Good luck with the sale.

I beg to differ, the R designates it as a Retro Sytle;

I was just in there Saturday picking up a battery for the X and I was talking to the sales guy at the desk and I think the guy you were talking about was standing there, if that is the guy, he didn't mention about looking for one.  Is the the tall guy with long hair and he is fairly skinny.

Not that it really matters... but he is correct.  There was only an S model in 03.  The R and C models came later... at least in the 1300 series.

Suit yourself. I had one, and for the 2003 model year, the only bike offered was the S. Good luck with the sale.  :thumbup:

I'll keep this going, the R and the S models are exactly the same, except the wheels. The "S" in 1300S refers to the "S"poke wheels and nothing else. In 04 they released the same model but with cast wheels, so they stuck the "R" on the end and made it a different model. it's funny in that one model number refers only to its wheel type and another refers to its build style, go figure.

at this rate you'll never have to bump your ad back to the top. :thumbup:

The website you are quoting is letting you know that the stye is for a 1300 R or S model not a RS  That is what the slash / is for.  By the way no offense intended...  Good luck with the sale  :thumbup:

Now you're cooking.... :agree:, for example, no one would call someone a Sausage/head, it'd be dickhead (without the slash).  O0  :thumbup:  :c  :bikerider:  :simmadown:  :cool2:  :couch:  :o  ;D  :flag:
