I got a potenza zr1 I think.  After your initial ride, you won't notice the difference other than the fact that you'll be able to lean the bike over a lot more.  Floor boards will start to deminish in size.

mine is a 205/50/16

actually you are leaning much less. 205/50/16 is two inches less diameter than stock tire. So you are scraping floor boards much sooner due to lowering of bike. A 205/60 series tire would put you closer to stock height but still a tad under.

I scrap boards so easy with stock tires. You must be eating up your boards big time.

I don't have boards on my 1800c. The tire fits and looks great. It is a little lower in the back so i'll have to lower my windshild.Just Kinda taken it kool till I get use to it.

I am running a 205/60/16 on my bike. I hit the floor boards faster now than I did on my MCT. I really like it the dark side. I have about 3k on it now. and about 15 great burn outs. With a ton of meat still on my tire. Now you do lose a little at slow speeds and the harder compound rubber breaks free a little easier on its edge. But the extra foot print makes up for a lot of that. Now I am not chasing down the sharp turns. I like to take it easy on those. I really like it. but to each their own.
