Houston Crew (and everyone else) - Sunday 7/30 Ride!

Since the girls are going on a ride together, why not get the guys together for a ride.  If you're interested, chime in and suggest a location to ride to or a route to take.

As long as we can leave montgomery at 4.  Either that or we could hit that bike night on 45s.

Do you mean that we don't start riding until 4pm?  I think we will probably be out riding before then, but I was thinking of ending the ride at that Renegade Classics bash.

How about a ride over to Dayton, then south on 146 to Kemah and on to the BASH.  I'd like to win a free bike.
Oh and just for the record the beer and food are free but to get in it's $25.

Need Clairafication.  The way I understood it was that the raffle was 25bucks.  At the top of the bottom pic. it says "Win this Bike" then at the bottom, it says tickets are only...."  The top flyer said nothing of a cover charge.

That would be cool.  I'll try to map out a ride tonight, with times and meeting places.  Oh, and the $25 tickets are for the raffle...everything else is free!!!

Okay, here's what I've come up with...we have a choice to make before Sunday.

North Route (Yankee's Tavern):

*  Meet at Denny's at 45 & Cypresswood for breakfast at 8am or 9am.
*  45 North to 1488
*  1488 West to Honea Egypt Road
*  Honea Egypt Road (very twisty) North to 2854
*  2854 West to 105
*  105 West to 149
*  149 North (through the National Forest...some twisties...some broad sweeping curves) to 3090
*  3090 (very twisty) to 244
*  244 to Yankee's Tavern for lunch/snacks/beverage/break/potty... :)
*  Travel the reverse route back to 45, then go home or continue on down to Renegade Classics (that's where I'll be going)

South Route (Noah's Ark):

*  Same meeting for breakfast as above
*  45 South to Beltway 8
*  Beltway 8 East & South to 90 (there will be no tolls on this part of the Beltway)
*  90 East to 146 (Dayton)
*  146 South to 646
*  646 East (3-4 blocks) to Noah's Ark for lunch/snacks.....
*  If going to Renegade Classics, take 646 West to 45, then head North
*  If going home, you're on your own and better know how to get there!  ???

So, let's start voting on which route you guys would prefer, and the most votes wins it.  Sound fair enough?

Let the bashing begin...

Wow bro, you made some hard choices and I'm sure either way both will be fun...

I'm eager to hit Yanks again, as I enjoyed the ride last time.... Nice twisties!!!
But on the other hand, I like trying something new and been wanting to ride on the south side...

I'm going vote on what I know... I vote for Yanks....  O0
