After 15 hours of poker  :D , I made it through Day 1. For about 5 1/2 hours I was lucky enough to be sitting next to one of the greatest to play the game, Doyle Brunson!!!!! What a BLAST! I even took a couple of pots off of him before he busted out. :'( The entire time he played at the table, the media, cameras, microphones, autograph seekers etc were all up in our faces). I found it distracting but he is so used to it, he didn't notice. And he was one of the nicest down to earth guys I've ever met! This has already been a fantastic experience I will never forget and it's just begun! Day 2 of play for me will be Tues. I don't have many chips left but enough to do some damage if I can get a few cards early. That's all for now. Got to get some sleep.

Actually I played on Tues and had a rollercoaster of a day till I hit a table with 3 huge stacks (they basically had their way with me)  :'( . I went bust just before dinner and finished in the top 1600 out of 8700. Hope Stever's sister did better. One day more and I would've placed in the $money$. The lose required four days of "therapy" Vegas style  ;) ;)

Just got back Sat nite to the house we moved into the day before I left. So I've been unpacking boxes and trying to find my bed  :D

Gonna try to make meet and greet this week. Hope to see you there!

Sounds like you had a lot of fun which is the important part... I plan on being at the MnG, hope you can make it...
