Difference in 1300R verses 1300C exhaust
« on: June 05, 2009, 02:21:20 PM »

I need to know what if any diferene there is between the mufflers on my 2006 1300R and a similar year 1300C.  The number on my lower muffler is HA MEA AC1 and from what I have found with some research the 1300C muffler is stammed  HA MEM AC1.  I have never had a chance to compare the two side by side but think it may just be some difference in the pipes which shouldn't affect my usage if that is the only difference.

I need to pickup a set of OEM pipes and/or mufflers for some modifications and want to make sure they wil fit. I hope to not have to pull the pipes and just separate the muffler when I want the modified ones on.

Any comments are greatly appreicated.

Thanks,
Kenneth

It looks to me that the "C" mufflers are shorter than the "R".
