Luggage rack?

Does anyone know of a luggage rack that will work behind a Corbin Touring seat with a Corbin backrest?

I think Murry61 has one on his bike that will work for yours!! Don't know what it is but bolts to the top of the fender then to the top of the license plate.
Here is one that might work, maybe!!
