I'm still not sure whether they'll be headed up the I-20 through Dallas, or down this way on the I-10.
I guess we'll know when they get here.
I'll be tracking their every move.

Kromee and Geez both e-mailed me and said they are going to Stan's in Lindale, Mike (Geez) had to back outta the ride, but that's the intended TX stopover point.

Not sure I'll be able to make it up there.

Hey... just thought of something... if they're going east to Florida on the I-20, maybe they can come back to California on the I-10!

I think the plan is still for them to drop down to I-10...I guess it'll possibly now be in LA/MS after exiting TX?!

Unless something just happened to change it, they are going to stop over at Stan & Donna's place up in Lindale.

Spike (Kevin) and I talked on the phone last night. I think he said he was riding wingman to Tucson then going back to CA. From reading on the Ca. board Ray and Cindy have canceled their plans to make the trip. I think Cindy was going to drive the support vehicle. They cited personal reason and it is left at that.  I'm sure something has or will get worked out.

Spike and I got the "The Spot" Registered and it was then going to BIGRAY to get preferences programed in and a link posted for tracking the trip. I'm sure it will be a few days, possibly the 16th before the link goes up.

They are having a big send off party this weekend. I'm sure the details will get discussed and more definate plans laid down when all the riders are in one place to discuss it.

I'll be  and watching!

Man, this thing changes daily.

Looks like they are not leaving until Wednesday now 2-25-09. Some have dropped out. Not sure if it's 3 or 4 riders now going all the way. They are changing from having a chase vehicle to getting a trailor to pull behind one of the bikes. I was hoping they would hit Texas on a weekend 20th, 21st or 22nd I guess that is still possible depending on how many miles they feel like doing in a day.

The amount donated is still at $3,560.78

Those dates well make it impossible for me to join in the ride.... 20th two doctors appointments and 21st = 40 years of marriage!!!!  Lets see what happens....
