Yep.. I happened on one of those seconds after it was posted once so I sent an email for fun. No sooner did I sent the mail, the ad was removed and I got one of those Nigerian scam mails wanting me to pay now and they'll ship to me.. blah blah..

It's like fishing, only you spit out the hook before they even get to set it.

Sadly it happens.  It happened to my girlfriends son.  I didn't know until he was taken for $4700 on e-bay.

Happily the Florida AG found the guy, prosecuted and my now step son got most of his money back.

it used to be that it if seemed too good to be true, it probably was.  Now, with the internet, the certainly has reached immeasurably close to 100% of the time.
