Anyone know of any all women groups, I have a friend at work looking to ride, she just finished her training course and bought her a new HD look for other women to ride with.

Chrome Angels based here in DFW. Usually have their monthly meetings at Wilhoites in Grapevine on a Sunday and are involved in many charities. They're very supportive of new riders, arrange ladies-only maintenance classes, parking lot practice, group ride practice, etc.
