Hey ya'll. I am running from Waco to Denton this Sunday. I am taking my dad to Hooters up there. I was wondering how many good roads are around up there? Are there any good roads that head over to Weatherford? I can catch 51 in Weatherford and bring that home thru Glen Rose. Any ideas would be really helpful....

It's out of the way, but I like 281 south of Mineral Wells. When I was in a class up there I took 281 down and cut over to Waco on the way home a couple of weekends.

If your leaving Denton take 380 west over to Decatur and then either 51 or 730 south to Weatherford are both good roads. Did 730 a couple of weeks ago from Weatherford to Muenster with a group and it was nice, on the other hand I think that 51 north of Weatherford is much prettier than the south side.
