Always up for a ride to Glen rose   

But I noticed their web site says they don't open till 4pm on Saturdays, we'd have to grab lunch some where else  

or start out a little later than 8:30 am

I know the website says 4 but I was out there last month and they were opening at 12.

The sign on the door says 12
I have sent them an e-mail to clarify the hours.

I just spoke with Loco Coyote and they will open at 12 noon on Saturday.

This place has the biggest hamburgers around ! Make sure you have saddlebags to bring home the leftovers

Even tho we didn't get to eat at the Loco Coyote - they ran out of food last night and weren't
opening until 3 today.  We had a good lunch at the Ranch House in Glen Rose.
