Look at this..... pretty slick horn mod. I wish I could do this to an 1800, if the reservoir was not in the way.

Hipshot has a sweet air horn on his VTX....  is very loud compared to the horn on my Ultra...

HD is marketing an air horn with their logo that looks like a Stebel (at least, what I could see behind the cover) that is really loud, and mounts to the original horn bracket. Although I gave up on mounting my Stebel there between the jugs because of issues with supporting the bracket, it's doable.
