I restarted chemo today and am waiting to see how it affects me this time. Also, on Tue,Thurs, and Sat I have kidney dialysis at 06:15. That takes a toll on me, but the combo of the two is new territory. Also, having an external catheter for dialysis, I cannot take a chance on rain anymore. A rainsuit turns into a sauna.  I have to pick my times and places wisely....real challenge there!!! ;D

felt pretty good today.  went for a short 50 mile ride after church.  Nothing spectacular like Gabes, but in the wind none the less.  Lots of bikes out in the NW area.

Glad you could get out & enjoy that 50 mile ride!  Any kind of riding is spectacular!  I napped half the day away today!
