Well, I always wanted to do airbrush work but Everyone always said how hard it is. A few years ago I asked for an Airbrush for Christmas to play around with. The more I read about and the more i played around the better I got. I am still what you would call a mediocre at it but i have figured out that all the stigma that surrounds it is mostly BS. Not saying there aren't those Master airbrush artists out there, but those guys aren't the ones trying to rip you a new one for hourly work that 1/2 the time is stencil and tape. I use stencils most of the time for skulls and such. But that is the best way to get a pattern down.I have had people bash it and say "I bet you wish you could freehand that stuff" and I usually say who the he-ll do you think sketched and cut the stencil? After you get the outline down then comes the real work of shading and making it look like it has depth. I say go get you a Cheap double action airbrush and play around. Email for anything you want to know and i will offer up what i can. If you want to learn hown to paint solids and clears holler I don't know it all but i can get you started cheap. There are so many things you can paint right off the bat and pull off some cool work.
Got the bike back together last night i will get some pics together tonight after i get off Work.
