1st day in a long time I felt like leaving home in the morning without wearing or even bringing a jacket.  Just a short ride out to Rockwall, Wylie, back down to Mesquite, stopped for a coke then back home to Garland.  Probably just 3 hours in the sun, but it felt like that was enough...  for a start...   Summer time is here baby!  Its been a long winter!

Doing good myself. Road to Dallas to Bate's cycle lookin for some saddle bag brackets that they didn't have. Made Stroker's for a couple and saw a few old friends. Rode home, called Hobo and then rode over to the Frog Branch to down a few. Was a good day all in all.
Meeting the DFW group this morning in Ft. Worth for the stockyards M&G so should be another good day's worth of riding. Praise be it to the Sunshine God  O0

Ok, it was yesterday but the day was full for Lucky and I.

Up early Saturday morning to ride 50 miles from Deer ParK to Angleton just to meet up with a ride from Angleton to Edna by way of Bay City. We met up with a bunch of people from our home area in Angleton that we haven't seen in almost a year. After lunch at The Lariat Cafe (which serves good food by the way), everybody split up to get home. We ended up running up Hwy 59 back to home in Deer Park. Parked the bikes and loaded up into the car to go to friend's house in Spring for dinner and drinks. Finally got home for good around midnight. All in all, a great day. Heck, I even let Lucky drive the 1800 for a while. She can tell you about her excitement on 59.

Hey, Brookster!!! Who the guy who cleans the bike? Coming acrss the Lake Texana dam, there must have been a billion lovebugs in the area and I cleared about 200,000 of them out. So the bike really needs a good washing again.  ;)

Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.
