We were supposedly in vietnam to fight the commies over there before they got here. NOT! We lost Vietnam, and the commies never came.
   I've heard many saying we're fighting the terrorist "over there" so we don't have to here. NOT! They want our Cranberries, and they will be coming, whether we "win" (laughable term) in Iraq or not. They do not group up for us to fight...the ones we are fighting in Iraq are NOT Bin Ladens bunch, except for the odd one here or there that were sent to Iraq so they could have a chance to shoot fish in a barrel. Our troops.
911 happened during the Bush years. He did better than I expected handling that, but stupidly did not have a "surge" to catch Obama, and let him escape. He may have been busy creating new words at the time. who knows? But he was obssesed with Hussein. Korea said:" we have nukes, deal with us", and Bush snubbed them. Then supposedly went after Iraq because they were "supposed to be getting close" to having nukes.
   Ya'll blame the democrats for everything even while republicans have been in power, and have mucked things up. I don't think the democrats are better, but they sure can't do much worse. At this point, I like McCain the most, but will probably not vote for him strictly because of his views on what to do with the illegals already in the states.
   I just hope that when the general election rolls around, A independent party candidate with good sense shows up. The three morons left....oh yeah, I forgot the biggest moron, Hucky bear. The four morons left won't get my vote unless they are the lesser of the evils... in that case, GO McCain!

God Bless. I know some of Mccain's views are not the best, but I agree he is the best also. I am not blaming dems for all the problems and I know dems did good things in office. Bottom line both sides are gonna please some and hurt the others. Just like anything, "Can't please everyone."

Over in Iraq, we are fight Al Queda. They are mixed in with some militants sometimes. Like Sad'r Militia and such but Al Queda still produces the most casualties. I dont really know much about vietnam as I was not in that era. I did hear like you said snake, that we went over them to stop communism from spreading here. I know we did bad but I think we did stop them from spreading.

Mccain is getting my vote though and I agree with snake that he is the lesser of the evils.

Give me 1 year as a dictator.

My pledge for change consist of:

1. Start rounding up all the gang members who seem to get their jollies killing each other.
2. Start a slow and organised pull out of Iraq.
3. Once the troops are in a safe place, empty the prisons and drop them and the gang members off in the middle East. Preferably the mountains of Pakistan. Ok, give them guns.
4. When the dust settles, drop all the Daisy cutters required or stock piled, which ever comes first.
5. Put Condy Rice and Obama in the ring for a grudge match. Say goodbye to Obama. LOL!
6. Then nominate me for the Nobel Peace Prize and put McCain as president.

Sounds good to me but you forgot to send the illegal immigrants over there also to earn there citizenship!!

Hillary is a tough one, but I think she should fight Obama and then the winner(Hillary) can cat fight Candy Rice to death.

We need the illegals until the younger generations realize there is nothing wrong with doing physical labor until you actually know something. I'll simply castrate all of them and make them pay taxes to ease our pains.
