Chrome spike cover for Tornado

I have a 1300C with the Tornado on it. Someone makes a chrome cover for it that is a spike on the tip. Does anyone know who makes this? The VTX on the cover of V-Twin Feb 2008 has this cover on his air cleaner. Just curious where to get it.
