I have 2 dirt bikes for sale 1984 XR80 and XR100.
Road hard and still working great.
They were put up in 1994 in my Dad's shed in Mass.
I brought them down 3-4 years ago, cleaned out the gas tank, put new oil in and lubed them up.
They started right up after, of course I had to use carb cleaner since they sat so long, but I was amazed they did.
I put them away a week after and had not touched them since Friday 6/1.
I cleaned out the gas tank and petcock, since gas was not flowing through them, and what do you know
had to use some carb cleaner, to get them going again.
Put them in my garage sale Saturday and didn't have to use carb cleaner once. They either started on the first kick or second.
I'm looking to get about $900 for both of them. If your interested just PM me, I am trying to make room and don't have the time or place to ride them.
Some rust in the gas tank, front tire and choke switch on 100 needs replaced besides that nothing else wrong
They go between 45 and 50 MPH and the XR80 is faster than the XR100 go figure?
