Well I know I am new to this site but everytime I post something and try to add a picture it won't let me,says something about some launch folder full of something.

Blue, it won't let you directly post into the thread, you have to use a link to  a picture that is already posted on the web somewhere.
The picture above is at address: http://www.clipartguide.com/_small/0512-0701-2619-3286.jpg
To get it to show in a post instead of the address, it has to have IMG brackets forward and rear of it , as in:[im*]http://www.clipartguide.com/_small/0512-0701-2619-3286.jpg[/img], except you have to have a "g" where the asterisk is. (if I had put it in, the picture would have shown instead of the example. Hope that helps.
The button above your reply box will automatically put those brackets in for you. If you  highlight the url you typed and press the button, it will automatically put the brackets at either end. Or hit the img button, put your cursor in the middle of the middle brackets "][" and type or paste the url of the picture you are wanting.
