looking for small custom stickers or stencils

I need to find a place that will do a custom stencil for me or already has some kind of family crest or passport looking (not necessarily U.S.) stencils or stickers. I'm all over the internet, but can't find exactly what I'm looking for, so I figured I'd ask on here. Let me know if you've got ideas.

OH, and it needs to be no bigger than about 3 inches.  (the sticker...no jokes on this one).

if you can just find a picture of what youre wanting, or something similar, take the file to a sign shop.  they should be able to turn it into a vector file and use a plotter to cut one out for you.  i know Copeland signs in la porte has one.  chuck is real busy with custom painting, think he has 6 bikes right now that have to be done by the 30th, but he has a few people working there that im sure can take care of something minor like that....

A friend of mine has a sign company. They don't have the web site up yet, but they might be able to help you out.

I bought one of his designs for my 1800 S, they look great...
