Flip face w/ 3 air intakes. 2 on top, and 1 at the mouth. I really like when they say: Adjustable chin vent directs air upwards across the inside of the shield to help prevent fogging. My glasses and shield always seemed to have fogged up on my GSXR this one I will have to check outLori and I just recently purchased the Scorpion EXO-400 helmets, and they work very well in preventing fogging. Neither one of us can get the things to fog up, even trying to breathe really hard when it was colder out. The price can't be beat, either. Go to Cycle Gear or Honda of Houston and start trying on all the helmets that those two stores have. Honda of Houston has the Scorpion models.

No helmet here...can't stand them, Helmets are for people that have something to live for...
I was also able to use an ice cream scoop and "spoon in" my Symax to fit without the hot spot. It took about three hours to get'er done, but worked great.
I don't think that someone should ride without a helmet just because they think it doesn't look cool to wear one. I also don't think that someone should ride without one just because they are worried what someone else might think, or say. BUT........... that's a two-way street. I don't think one should wear an uncomfortable helmet just because they are afraid of what someone else might think. Motorcycling has some inherent risks, and those of us who INTELLIGENTLY (that's a key word in this concept) weigh the risks should have the freedom to make their choice. A half helmet provides a lot more protection than no helmet, and it protects the most vital part (although some would argue that the mouth is the most vital part of a woman's head, I would never dare go there) of the head. A deformed face would be bad, but not as bad as dying. Because I love Marigold, I worry about her. I don't want to see her hurt; I want her protected as much as possible. I may kid her about her helmet selection, and I may worry about it, but it's HER choice. The one thing that really galls me about the issue is the people who make up "facts" to back up their choice, or repeat those "facts" as gospel without question. I respect someone who says, "I don't wear a helmet because I don't want to, and I accept the risk." I hate to hear, "I don't wear a helmet because they're dangerous -- they are heavy and cause neck injuries," or "I don't wear them because they are dangerous -- they restrict your peripheral vision." Those are BS reasons; they won't stand up to scrutiny and too often garbage like that posted on forums like this will be read by a novice who will believe it. It would be a shame to see someone killed or crippled because they chose to forego some protective apparel. It would be tragic to see someone killed or crippled because they were afraid of looking unfashionable, or because they believed some BS reason for their avoidance of protective apparel.

I rode for almost 2 hours last night [with my half helmet] and even then, I had no signs of any impending discomfort. I'm torn!
