The City of Crowley is having our Celebration of Freedom on July 6 and 7th. This year our Theme is "Support our Military". This is a rough agenda of our event this year:
July 6, 2007
6PM-9PM LIve band at Bicentenial park
7 PM Wrestling!!! bring the kids!!

July 7, 2007
10:00 AM Parade from Crowley HS to Bicentenial Park-we are having a float with Military representation from every branch of the service on a float with the City Council. There will be another float with other Military represented. We will have the pilots for our flyover also. Some of them are decorated soldiers who have just returned from Iraq/Afghanistan. When we get to the park, a lunch catered by local businesses will be provided to the Military and we will have a meet and greet for the citizens. PGR will be in the parade also.

Live bands, vendors and carnival all day

5:45PM- USMC Cobra Gunship Helicoptor group from Naval Air Station in New Orleans will do a demo over the park.

7:00 PM- Fly over by the USMC VMFA-112 Cowboys, a F-18 group from the Ft. Worth Naval Air Station.

Dusk - the best darn fireworks display in Tarrant County!!

We are a small town, but we support our Military in a big way.
