? For Leather Lyke Bag Owners
« on: June 14, 2007, 07:16:01 AM »

I had some gasoline leak on one of my bags and it caused a white discoloration.  I called LL and they said to try Turtle Wax F21 or Forever Black.  Thought I would ask around if anyone has had this happen and what you did to fix it or if you used one of these methods.

Not due to gasoline, but I had an area that developed some "hazing".  I used just a very (VERY) small amount of Meguiar's PlastX, and then forever black.  Followed that up with a couple of wipes with Dupont Teflon wipes, spread out over about an hour, and bags look like new.
